| Sadly, for a number of reasons, there are many pigs in need of homes. While miniature pigs can make excellent pets, they are not the ideal pet for everyone so many end up in sanctuaries and shelters. If you would like to help, get in touch with a shelter in your area. |

There are groups out there that selflessly use their own resources, volunteers and donations to help these animals in need. I you know of such a group, please feel free to contact us so we can share their information here.
